Corporate Workshops: good exit habits and processes start here

The Simpleship model for workshopping to scope and plan a business exit initially involves the analysis of where a business is, where it wants to get to, and when it wants to get there.

It then sets out a process driven action plan designed to achieve the goals of both the business and the leadership team.

The right answers come
from knowing the right questions to ask

It’s essential for the leadership team to develop, add-value to and embrace the plan. They need to collaboratively interrogate the business and its current processes, agree objectives and set common goals together.

The interrogation complete, a time-phased Simpleship action plan can be created to move the business ambition forward to reality.

Planning the workshop theme and assembling the team

The general Simpleship workshop focus is around creating value within and for the business that can be realised at some desired future date.

That said we have extensive experience working with start-ups and businesses that are at a more formaitive stage, or those that need to prepare a prospectus to seek the funding to move forward.

Initial workshops typically last 5-6 hours and involve the senior leadership team. It is also possible to workshop on a one-to-one basis.

Whilst we normally prefer a few weeks to research, prepare and plan a Simpleship workshop, very few things are impossible.

We are happy to work in both a structured manner but we are also very good in a crisis.
